Red Brick Steakhouse, a taste of Argentinian cuisine

📍Location: Near Hong Kong Station Exit C. From the cobblestone street, turn straight up and into the Taiwanese restaurant WHAT TO EAT. It's right next to the entrance. 🏠Environment: The white entrance is reminiscent of a European restaurant. The reception area features aged beef and a wine cabinet. The interior is decorated primarily in dark wood, with red brick walls and South American-inspired murals. A row of high stools sits near the window, offering a view of Tai Kwun. Behind the window is an open barbecue grill, though there's no fumes at all. 🤵🏻Service: Orders are taken manually, and there's a surcharge. 🍽️Lunch: Two set menus are available, with your choice of appetizer, main course, side dish, and drink. 🍴Aperitivo: Housemade Italian 🌱Herb Bars🥖 Flavored with 🌱herb and garlic, drizzled with a hint of olive oil and topped with 🧀cheese granules, this appetizer is incredibly flavorful. 🍴Steak Tartare🥩 The raw beef tartare has a lighter flavor, similar to tuna. 🥳I personally love adding cheese to it for an even more elevated taste and texture. 😚 🍴Melted Provolone Cheese🧀 This cheese from southern Italy is incredibly stringy🤩, with hints of herbs and olive oil, and a soft, creamy texture. Paired with baguette, it's an addictive treat. 😍 🍽️Mains: 🐟Catch of the Day $218 The thick sea bass is pan-fried to a crispy, tender texture🤩. A bed of vegetables cooked in tomato sauce creates a refreshing and delicious dish☺️. 🥩Rump Steak $298 This is a beef rump steak, firm and light on fat😙. The medium-rare steak🥩 is served with six different sauces. The portion is small, and I've cut six pieces into it. It's a light pink, tender and firm to the touch, with a hint of charcoal. I personally think it's best with a little mustard. 🍽️Sides: 🥗Field Green Salad The accompanying salad is generous and colorful😆, featuring chives, radish slices, cucumbers, purple onions, cherry tomatoes, and more.
