# #Central @kiku.izakaya 🥳It's that annual birthday month celebration again! Today, I headed to Central #Lan Kwai Fong for a skewer night! I went the wrong way according to Google Maps. The main entrance of Wing Wah Building Block A is on D'Aguilar Street, but the restaurant entrance is on Wing Wah Lane! The big red lanterns hanging at the door really stand out! There's a counter seat, and watching the chef grill is a great atmosphere! Smoked Salmon Salad $78 ~ Loaded with smoked salmon and crab roe, fresh salad and mixed vegetables, and the sauce isn't too sour. Great! 🍣Salmon Sushi $72/4 pieces, Salmon Sashimi $38/3 pieces ~ The sushi rice was excellent—not too loose or sour, and the salmon was very fresh! Chicken and Dried Fish Tempura $68 ~ This is my first time trying it this way. I usually grill it, but this one is a little different, with a sweet taste! 🐷Pork and Asparagus Rolls $38/skewer ~ Love it! The pork doesn't have a strong smell, and the asparagus isn't brittle! Chicken Wings $38/2 pieces ~ The skin is crispy, and it's easy to eat when grilled open-faced! 🐥Japanese Chicken Neck $32/skewer ~ The meat is smoky, chewy, and grilled with the sauce—perfect with beer!
