She recommended this Western restaurant in Little Tai Hang, Tai Hang. Located on the first floor of Little Tai Hang, the restaurant boasts stylish decor and a high ceiling, so it doesn't feel overwhelming. The spacious space, with ample spacing between counters, makes for a comfortable experience. We ordered two appetizers, two main courses, and a drink. All four dishes were beautifully presented. The pasta and octopus were garnished with edible flowers. Although the grilled octopus wasn't a whole octopus tentacles, but rather just a few slices, each one was perfectly grilled and not at all tough. In the past, octopus I've had often comes with a stronger sauce, which can overpower the octopus's flavor. Tipsy's dish, however, features Pickled Beetroot & Paprika Mayonnaise. The subtle beetroot flavor enhances the octopus's flavor without overpowering it. The Grilled Wagyu Beef Tongue was quite tender. The beef tongue was topped with a generous portion of salad, and I enjoyed the beef tongue with some vegetables for a healthier experience. The sauce, which resembled balsamic vinegar, was sour and sweet, making the beef tongue less greasy. The Baby Spare Ribs were not dry; they were tender and flavorful. The addition of a generous amount of barbecue sauce was quite flavorful. If you're drinking alcohol, sipping on the pork bones would be a great accompaniment. The pasta's Fennel Foam had a grassy, ​​licorice- and citrus-sweet aroma. The pasta had a pleasant texture. The flying fish roe and sea urchin were both fresh. The sea urchin is so soft it melts in your mouth. Tutti Frutti is a mocktail with strawberries, green apple, orange juice, and soda.
