Tian Tan Buddha

#familytravel Take the gondola ride there. It’s about 25 mins and the views are amazing. If you are afraid of heights, this may be a little scary but it’s a pretty smooth ride. It was a bit windy and chilly the day we went so dress for the weather, even in the gondola because there are open areas where wind can get in. The little village leading up to the Buddha is cute and has shops and restaurants along the way. The stair case up is a bit of a cardio workout but just go slow and you’ll be up in no time. While up there take in the view and admire the statue and the smaller ones around the Buddha. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Hong Kong.
