So this "Zhong Chu" on the 12th floor of Times Square is a relatively good-quality Cantonese restaurant with reasonable prices. It belongs to the Tao Heung Group brand, so it uses the group’s unique automatic water boiling cart. What’s special here is that many dim sum items can be ordered by the piece.
