The chicken is marinated with herbs beforehand. After roasting, the skin is slightly charred and crispy like thin paper, the meat tender and juicy, even the breast is not dry. The grilled mushrooms are also very juicy. 🍄🟫Daily Soup (Mushroom Soup +$10) Smooth texture, sprinkled with a bit of black pepper for flavor.
