[Hong Kong] Ordering a Cake at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel

Memories from June 2024📷💭 When I stayed at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, I reserved a whole cake for a celebration! Since it’s easy to make a reservation, I’ll share how to do it🙌🏻 ‘STEP 1: Make an Inquiry’ Access the website ↓ Help Center ↓ Support Details ↓ Email 💡Send an email in English stating that you want to order a cake, the name of the representative, desired date, etc., and if you receive an automatic confirmation email, you’re good to go! \This is how I wrote my email/ ✉ To whom it may concern I would like to order cake for anniversary while I stay at Hong Kong Disneyland hotel on 21st June. I'm booking Kingdom Club Room and is it possible to have cake at the Kingdom Club Lounge? I hope to hear from you soon. I included my full name at the end! I’m not sure if the English is perfect, but I got a reply without any issues, so it’s fine◎ ‘STEP 2: Reply’ You will receive a reply from the person in charge, so respond according to the template. 1) Serving Date: The date you want the cake 2) Serving Time: The time you want it served 3) Serving Location: Possible locations include: ▶ Park restaurant Plaza Inn ▶ Hotel restaurant (between lunch and dinner) ▶ Kingdom Club Lounge ▶ Your room → only at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel or Disney Explorers Lodge 4) No. of Guests: Number of people 5) Cake Flavor (1lb): Cake type (choose from the attached PDF in the email) ⚠️ The PDF content had changed since my time, but I’m sharing it for reference! 6) Cake Shape: It’s okay to leave blank if you don’t know! 7) Wordings on Sugar Plaque: Words to be written on the plaque; one plaque is free, with up to 30 English characters or 8 Chinese characters allowed 8) Remarks: Any other specific requests can be written here ‘STEP 3: Payment’ Payment is made online. Once the details from STEP 2 are confirmed, you will receive another email with a link to the dedicated website where you can complete the payment.
