Super delicious Hiroshima oyster chicken hotpot with aged salted lemon soda

This time, my friend and I came to Lung Fung Shing Cheung Restaurant located upstairs in Tsim Sha Tsui. It’s a nostalgic hotpot restaurant themed around the 70s-80s (perfect for us 80s kids). You can enjoy hotpot while listening to many classic songs from the 70s and 80s, like Leslie Cheung, Sally Yeh, Andy Lau, and more. There are also many photo spots, and in the middle, there’s a dragon and phoenix decoration perfect for hosting banquets. . The signature chicken hotpot comes in various special flavors, such as "Secret Salted Egg Yolk Sauce Chicken Hotpot," "Signature Boneless Phoenix Wing Stuffed Chicken Hotpot," and the limited-time "Secret Durian Chicken Hotpot." Since I love oysters the most, I ordered the Hiroshima oyster chicken hotpot (about 4 oysters) and added half a chicken for an extra 50 HKD. One chicken hotpot portion is enough for two to three people, the taste is just right, and it has a nice saucy texture. The chicken meat in the hotpot is very tender, even the breast meat tastes great😘😘 . What’s hotpot without beef? After finishing the chicken hotpot, we added broth to continue with hotpot. Another dish was the Lung Fung Shing Cheung beef platter (small), which includes beef tongue slices, hand-cut beef, brisket tip, beef tendon, beef cubes, and marbled fatty beef. Among them, the beef tendon stood out the most with a strong beef flavor! The brisket tip was rich and juicy, and the square beef cubes remained tender after cooking. . As a coriander lover, I ordered a huge portion of hand-pounded coriander squid balls. The squid balls were very fresh and bouncy, with a strong coriander flavor!
