Authentic Korean Cuisine

This afternoon, I went to Tsim Sha Tsui with my family for a stroll and decided to look for some food nearby. My family mentioned they wanted Korean food, and coincidentally, there’s a place called Lee’s Korean Restaurant nearby. I’ve heard friends recommend it before, saying it’s the first Korean fried chicken restaurant in Hong Kong run by Koreans, and it’s famous and delicious. So, we decided to give it a try. We ordered two bottles of Apple Cider Rita 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷, which is an apple cider slushie alcoholic drink. It’s incredibly refreshing in this weather. Initially, we planned to order fried chicken, but my family was drawn to the sizzling plate dishes instead. So, we ordered the sizzling stir-fried kimchi pork 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷 with tofu. The tofu, seasoned with sesame oil, was aromatic, smooth, and generously portioned. Paired with the spicy kimchi pork, it was irresistibly flavorful 👍🏻. We also ordered the Korean-style stir-fried glass noodles with beef 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷. It was perfectly stir-fried with a smoky wok aroma, and the beef and vegetables were plentiful. The slightly sweet taste suited Hong Kong palates well. Next time, we’ll definitely try their fried chicken, but we were too full this time.
