I ordered extra scallions for my pork patty rice. The rice is seasoned with soy sauce and lard, giving it a particularly fragrant taste. The pork patty is slightly crispy and flavorful. The scrambled eggs are done really well—smooth and creamy with egg juice. The char siu is sliced thinly; slightly thicker slices would improve the texture 🤏🏻 🥢 Signature Chicken Wings $27 for 4 pieces—this is truly a steal in Hong Kong! Plus, the wings are large and not the shrunken, dry kind. They’re crispy yet juicy and well-seasoned. For drinks, they offer bottled milk tea/coffee, as well as more unique options like white peach oolong tea. I noticed their coffee comes in two varieties: sugar-free and pandan-flavored.
