Dou Gun. The ultimate Hong Kong chicken hotpot buffet

Haven't had chicken hotpot in ages!! Came back to Hong Kong specifically to eat this!! A great spot recommended by local friends, must share, but I'm worried that if I share it, I won't be able to get a reservation next time. When I went, it was already super crowded, packed with people. They have all kinds of beer, meats, vegetables, drinks, ice cream, and more. You have to stand there for ten minutes just to choose, and I unexpectedly discovered peanut sprouts, which I had never tried before—so crispy!! We ordered three rounds of chicken hotpot, the meat was incredibly delicious! The beef later on was a bit like Tainan’s fresh beef, super tasty! The ice cream was very authentic, and I didn’t hold back, eating three bowls, Asahi, which rarely appears in buffets, was available here, so you can drink to your heart’s content, And! And! And! The most amazing seafood platter! Super fresh, you have to try it to know!
