This time, they brought their good friend Usagi the Bunny to Mong Kok for Japanese yakiniku. We made a reservation for 7 PM on a weekday evening, and to our surprise, the place was almost fully booked~ There was absolutely no smell of grilled meat inside, the environment was very comfortable, the air conditioning was sufficient, and the staff were very polite and attentive. The beef tongue was outstanding and very flavorful, highly recommended. The beef belly and chuck flap tail were up to standard. We added crab roe and crab butter rice mixed with orchid king, with soup, salad, and fresh octopus. After grilling, we felt very satisfied and full~ For the drink, we chose beer to fully enjoy the dinner feast! A12 Japanese A4 Wagyu Sirloin & Short Rib Set (Wagyu Pride Series) The second choice was the A12 Wagyu Pride Series, where you can try A4 Wagyu sirloin. Although it was thinner, it definitely had the level of Japanese A4, so the Angel and Devil Foodie Sisters were very happy, especially Usagi the Bunny who could happily go “woo la la la la~” The side dish was crab miso grilled in the shell, filled with rich crab paste that kept releasing aroma as it heated on the grill, perfectly balanced salty and sweet with intense umami~ For the main dish, we chose the Beef Demon orchid king foie gras fried rice, which was dry and delicious.
