I tried egg waffles and dim sum, discovering flavors I had never tasted before. Every meal felt like a new adventure. What fascinated me most was the cultural diversity of Hong Kong. In one moment, I could be walking among futuristic high-rises, and just minutes later, I would find myself in a peaceful temple filled with incense and quiet prayers. I also took a ferry across Victoria Harbour — a simple yet magical ride that gave me another chance to admire the city’s skyline from the water. Hong Kong is a place of contrasts: fast and dynamic, yet calm and spiritual at the same time. It combines the beauty of nature, with its green hills and surrounding islands, and the energy of one of the world’s most modern cities. This mix makes Hong Kong truly unforgettable.
