✨️Tsim Sha Tsui Xihe Yayuan 🦀 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat hairy crab and roast duck 🥰

#September2025 ✨This time, we're sharing our food review of hairy crab and Peking duck at Xihe Yayuan in Tsim Sha Tsui. The hairy crab and Peking duck are all-you-can-eat. We were lucky enough to be seated by the window 😆, enjoying the view of Victoria Harbour while enjoying our hairy crab and Peking duck. 🦀🥰 Each person ate an average of seven to eight hairy crabs. ✨️In addition to the all-you-can-eat hairy crab and Peking duck, the all-you-can-eat set menu also includes an appetizer: "Three-color preserved eggs or Qianlong cabbage." We chose the three-color preserved eggs. Then, there's the braised fish maw soup. Then, there's the special: "Braised abalone with rock, goose liver with sauce, golden shrimp balls, mustard salad shrimp balls, or crab meat and braised cabbage." For the main course, we had golden crab fried rice. For dessert, you had to choose between two options: Old Beijing milk skin yogurt or ginger tea dumplings. For drinks, you could choose between soda and lemon soda (choose one). ✨️As soon as we sat down, the restaurant automatically ordered two hairy crabs for each of us and a serving of Peking duck. 😆 The hairy crabs take twenty minutes to steam, and each crab has different roe content, with some having more roe and some less. The maximum order per person was two. In the end, we each ordered three. Rosy hairy crabs are delicious. 😆 The roe is richer and the meat is more golden. The best crabs are just gluttonous, and the meat is tender. 🤭 My personal experience with crabs is that it's best to eat the first crab, when the roe is at its softest. By Double Ninth Festival, the male and female crabs are fully mature, and both are delicious and full of roe. ✨️The Peking duck is quite thin, but you'll feel full quickly after eating a few, so save some space for other dishes. For example, the appetizer was a large three-color preserved egg per person. The best part was the boiled abalone. Huge pieces, lightly meaty, and perfectly sliced, it was incredibly delicious. Then there was the fish maw soup, rich and generous. 😆 The fried rice was made with golden crab meat, and it was incredibly delicious. Finally, for dessert, I had the ginger tea dumplings. Drinking ginger tea after eating hairy crab was so relaxing. 🤭😍 📍 Xihe Yayuan 📍 Shop OTE 203, 2/F, Ocean Terminal, Harbour City, 3-27 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui
