Apart from bottled and canned drinks, there is a drink machine for self-mixed beverages, as well as plum wine and chilled sake for Japanese alcohol enthusiasts. We started with some appetizers and then moved on to sashimi and sushi. The sashimi platter was beautifully presented, and the sashimi was incredibly fresh! You can taste the freshness of each piece even without soy sauce—truly high quality! 🍣 As for the sushi, the rice portions are not too large, allowing you to try more varieties. Highly recommend the Green Onion Flounder! It has a rich, fatty flavor. Also, the Seared Monkfish Liver Tartare is a must-try. It's not commonly found elsewhere, and the quality is exceptional. The large pieces of monkfish liver are free of any fishy taste. We ordered it multiple times—it’s absolutely worth a visit! Other sushi options are also delicious, such as the Flower Love Roll and the 4-inch Salmon Roll, which are very tempting. For cooked dishes, we recommend the Japanese-style beef from the hot station and the Butter Pan-fried Halibut with Sea Grapes ordered via QR code. Both are flavorful and well-seasoned.
