This time, I went to Guts Soul in Tsim Sha Tsui. They offer affordable, delicious BBQ. The unlimited encore durian bombs, hot pork, and fruit enzyme beef 😍 were incredibly satisfying! The value is excellent 🙌🏻 🟠Recommended Food 🔹Durian Bomb: The restaurant's most popular dish, generously stuffed with durian 😆 🔸Fiery Pork Hock: Highly recommended, incredibly flavorful and fiery 🔥, with a nice balance of fat and lean meat. The popular Oscar Pork Hock and Secret Pork Hock are must-trys; the latter is incredibly flavorful with the BBQ sauce 🐖 🔹 Enzyme Beef: We have black-haired air-cured beef 😍. Recommended options for the enzyme beef are fresh tomato (full of tomato flavor 🍅) and grapefruit juice (sweet and sour). You can choose between marinated Wagyu beef and beef tenderloin 🥩🥩 🔸Chicken Wings: The highly-rated ginger and yuzu honey ginger flavors are highly recommended. The ginger and yuzu honey flavors are generous, and the yuzu broth adds a unique flavor 😋😋 🔹Stone Pot Oyster Porridge: Loaded with oysters! The piping hot porridge is perfect for the recent cold weather! 🔸Pepper Beef Bone Soup: This is very warming, and the beef bones are generous 😍 🟡Not Recommended 🔹Sushi: The sushi rice was a bit too moist 🔸Tempura: The batter was a bit thick, and the shrimp were quite small in comparison 🦐 🟠Staff The waitresses were very helpful in recommending drinks 🧃 (Coke, Coke Zero, Lychee Black Tea, Jiecha). The service was efficient, and they patiently explained how to grill the pork on all four sides. 🟡Environment The restaurant is popular and has a Japanese atmosphere.
