It snowed yesterday, and in the afternoon we went to the Hongju Hotel in Xisai Mountain, Huzhou. As the first show of the Hongju brand under the Banyan Tree Group in China, some thought was put into the design, and the main space was extremely beautiful in the snow! The hotel's design was done by the Japanese architectural design firm KKSIC, and then deepened by Jin Tanglang. Jin Tanglang's reputation in the industry needs no further explanation, right? Behind the Suzhou Park Hyatt and the Ritz-Carlton Hidden World, there is this company's figure. So the hotel has a very eye-catching design, which is the lobby space known as the 'Moonlight Treasure Box', and a very high floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall on one side. Looking in from the outside infinity pool, the lobby is like a display case in a museum, with the 'Hongjian Building' with its red lacquer carvings and neatly arranged window frames imitated in it, which is especially stunning when you come to see it in the snow. The hotel is actually very, very large. We walked around and saw camping, artificial beaches, Lu Yu trails, viewing platforms and so on, but today might be the coldest day of the year, freeze warning! Stay indoors! The rooms are neither good nor bad, almost every room has a small terrace where you can see the outside scenery. As for dining, the hotel is located in a relatively remote location. If you don't dine at the hotel, you have to eat at a farmhouse nearby or drive a long way to the city.
