Delicious!

[Japan Shimane Izumo] In March, we spent 11 days in the San'in region of Japan 🎌, visiting Shimane Prefecture and Tottori Prefecture. Even though we brought our baby along, the little one was very well-behaved and often sat quietly while we enjoyed our meals 🥹. Japanese rice must be especially tasty because the baby managed to finish half a bowl 🍚 all by themselves! (Add a freshly grilled fish, and that's a complete meal for them 🤩!) One of the meals we had was at a famous restaurant—"Hanabusa Shoten" 😉, located near the Izumo Hinomisaki Lighthouse. It's incredibly popular 😋, and even though we arrived early, we still had to queue. Luckily, we were early enough, so we only waited about 10 minutes before getting seated. If you come during lunch hours, expect a much longer wait 😎. "Hanabusa Shoten" benefits from its proximity to the sea, so all the seafood is exceptionally fresh 😍. We ordered the two most lavish seafood bowls, each priced around 3000 yen (~HKD160). The sea urchin was incredibly sweet 😇, and the Japanese oysters were plump, creamy, and bursting with the flavor of the ocean! Each set also came with pickled vegetables and miso soup, making for a very satisfying meal!
