Kawasaki Shimin Plaza Park

#thingstodo It was built to commemorate Kawasaki City becoming a designated city. After 40 years, the building is showing signs of deterioration and is leaking. The exterior also shows noticeable deterioration over time. The red bricks from when it was built are still there, but the large plaza with benches still looks like it used to. Unlike in the past, there were vending machines everywhere, and I was surprised to see that they had up to 17 ice creams. However, the air conditioner inside the building was set at 28 degrees, so even in midsummer, I was sweating even though I was inside.
