Authentic Japanese Ramen at Bankara Ramen

For lunch, I visited Future Park Rangsit and chose Bankara Ramen. The restaurant's decor gives off a Japanese vibe, making you feel like you're in Japan. The staff were attentive and provided great service. The dishes I ordered included the basic Tonkotsu Ramen priced at around 2xx baht, Pizza Spring Rolls, and Spicy Ramen priced at around 3xx baht. You can customize the level of spiciness, richness, and saltiness. I opted for the original flavor. Overall, the Tonkotsu Ramen had perfectly chewy noodles, though the broth was slightly salty, but rich and flavorful. The spicy ramen was decently spicy, and the spring rolls were crispy and delicious. If you're looking for authentic Japanese ramen, I highly recommend this place!
