⭐️Hotel Name: Naivasha Kongoni Lodge - Lakefront Getaway 📍Address: Lake Naivasha, Kongoni, Nakuru, 00506, Kenya ⭐️Hotel Design Style: Located at the scenic southwestern corner of Naivasha Lake, the cabins with sloped roofs are scattered along the lakeside hillside. The spacious cabins are interconnected by mountain trails. Each standalone cabin has two bedrooms that share a living room and kitchen. The interiors are very spacious with high ceilings. The furniture is all made of African hardwood, giving a wild and rustic feel. The tables, chairs, sofas, and coffee tables retain the original form of the wood, with minimal intricate carvings, adding a unique charm. The sofa fabrics feature animal prints, highlighting the African theme. To deal with the wild environment's mosquitoes, the beds are equipped with thick mosquito nets, and the bedding is kept very clean. ⭐️Hotel Services: The hotel restaurant is located by the pool, with tables meticulously set with red cloths and fine cutlery, showcasing the hotel's thoughtful design. Both breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style, with a wide variety of dishes that cater well to Asian tastes. By the pool, there are swings and slides for children to play on, making it very family-friendly. Although we only stayed for one night, the overall experience was very good. We all gathered in the cabin to play cards and reminisce, which was very cozy. The only downside was the lack of sufficient signage and lighting, making it easy to get lost at night.
