☕ Morning in Kazimierz, the old Jewish quarter. Sat outside a sleepy café with chipped mugs and good coffee. Pigeons picking at crumbs, the air still cool. The streets are layered, you can feel the weight of time in the buildings, but also life still bubbling underneath. 🏰 Walked up to Wawel Castle, slow and steady. Took the long way by the river, watched students lounging in the grass, sun ☀️ on the Vistula, and someone playing guitar 🎸 soft enough not to ruin the silence. 🥟 Lunch at a milk bar, pierogi that didn’t need explaining, just hot and real 💯 The woman at the counter didn’t smile much, but she gave me an extra dumpling. I took that as affection 😆 🕯️ Later, the Old Town square lit up, golden hour turning the buildings soft and warm. St. Mary’s Basilica cast a long shadow across the cobbles. The trumpet player in the tower, every hour on the hour hit me harder than expected. Like the city quietly saying, we’re still here 🙌 #summervacay #vacation #travel
