The "Never Want to Leave" Series in City A from the Little Book

Recently, my husband and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and were full of delightful surprises 😘 After being upgraded to a Twin Towers view room, we discovered a whole new world! The Petronas Towers were right outside our floor-to-ceiling windows—waking up to sunlight and iconic architecture in the morning, watching the city lights come alive in the evening, and every snapshot looking like a magazine-worthy shot. The room was much more spacious than expected, with Balmain toiletries exuding a luxurious fragrance, and every detail radiating sophistication. The check-in process was effortless—taking the elevator directly from the first floor to the 39th-floor lobby, then switching to the guestroom-exclusive elevators, ensuring complete privacy. The biggest surprise? Breakfast! Not only were there freshly made dim sum like shrimp dumplings, siu mai, and char siu bao—all perfectly suited to our taste—but also Malaysia’s signature teh tarik, with its rich blend of milk and tea, absolutely soul-soothing! The restaurant faced the Twin Towers, making every meal a scenic experience—pure perfection! For dinner, we chose the hotel’s Dinner at Jpteres to try authentic Malaysian cuisine, and every dish was a delightful surprise! The perfect fusion of spices and ingredients, with tangy, spicy, and savory flavors bursting on the palate—whether it was the classic curry or the signature satay skewers, each bite left us craving more. We completely fell in love with Malaysian flavors! The hotel’s location is also unbeatable—super convenient for getting around! It’s just a short walk to several durian stalls nearby, making durian indulgence a reality. Merdeka Square is also easily accessible, where you can feel the blend of history and modernity and snap some incredibly atmospheric travel shots. The most rejuvenating experience of the day was the evening SPA arranged by the hotel! After a day of exploring, the warm essential oils melted away fatigue, and the therapist’s skilled, gentle hands, combined with soothing scents and soft music, left us completely relaxed. My husband even said, "I feel lighter after the massage!" He’s already talking about bringing the kids next time we visit KL—hahaha 😂
