Finally made it to Tofu Vegan! From when I first heard about it until now, I can’t believe they’ve already opened five branches. The Gloucester Road location is quite spacious, and it was completely full during peak dining hours — lots of non-Chinese diners seem to love it too! The wontons in chili oil were filled with mushrooms, which gave them a unique texture, and the chili aroma was really fragrant. One of the most memorable dishes was the "boiled fish" — the texture was surprisingly close to real fish! Paired with sliced cucumbers and other veggies, it was such a pleasant surprise. The crispy fried aubergine slices were another highlight. I wasn’t expecting that many chilies on top!
