The Italian 🇮🇹 restaurant in the hotel, apart from anything else, at least they have done a good job in distinguishing the breads of different catering categories (American/European/Italian). I ordered a pizza 🍕The dough is very yeasty and soft Q , it’s just that the portion is huge and I feel full after eating it. For dessert, I ordered cheese and tiramisu. Not bad, but not classic The steak my boyfriend ordered was marinated fillet. There are probably not many cattle raised in Southern California.
