I booked a night at Macau's Parisian Hotel through Trip.com as part of the April 2025 hotel trial stay program. This was my first time staying at this hotel. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by a stunningly opulent and magnificent space. The staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous, with warm smiles. Despite the large number of people waiting to check in, the process was smooth and orderly thanks to several staff members managing the queue and multiple check-in counters being open. I didn’t have to wait long before receiving my room key. One noteworthy detail is that the staff noticed we had booked through Trip.com and generously upgraded our room to a suite at no extra cost. Trip.com truly holds a special status! The room itself was very comfortable, equipped with a foot massage machine, and the bed was incredibly cozy. The overall value for money was excellent. For future travels, I highly recommend booking through Trip.com.
