[Muir Woods National Park, USA] Feel the negative ions in the redwood forest

I participated in a tour that combined a visit to a winery in Napa Valley with Muir Woods National Monument. Muir Woods National Monument was a very mystical place lined with redwoods! Season/Temperature🍂 In mid-September, Napa was quite warm and just right for short sleeves, but here it was a bit chilly, probably because of the high altitude, and it would have been tough without a jacket. Recommended age👤 There were various trails, but this time we took the basic boardwalk! It is well maintained, so I think people of all ages can enjoy it. In fact, there were people who came to play with their children in strollers👶 Time required⌚️ The last photo, it was just over 30 minutes to Bridge4. It was just over an hour round trip, so it was just right for hiking! I don't think there are many places in America where you can experience this kind of atmosphere, but I felt it was a bit similar to Yakushima in Japan 🤔 This time we walked basic paths because it was a tour, but if we had more time we could have enjoyed a more serious trail 🏃 I think if you're tired from the city, coming here will be quite soothing 🌿
