Taipei Hot Spring Resort Recommendation: Fushin Banji Trio Hot Spring

A Hidden Paradise Nestled in the forest, this private hot spring is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended for visits during cooler Taipei weather. Compared to Beitou, I prefer the environment and hot springs in Wulai. Wulai's hot spring water is a clear and transparent carbonated spring, originating from the metamorphic rock area of the Snow Mountain Range. It is mildly alkaline and has skin-nourishing properties, earning it the nickname "Beauty Spring." Fushin Banji emphasizes creating a natural space, using eco-friendly materials like corn-based products. Their bathing series features pure natural tea seed extracts, and upon entering, you'll be greeted by a subtle sandalwood fragrance. Various room types are available. If you prefer a private bathroom, choose the "Xiangyu" or "Ouyu" room types. This time, I opted for the "Xiangyu" room, which offers a mountain view that is truly therapeutic. The room is equipped with a hot water kettle, teapot, teacups, tissues, a mini fridge, disposable shower caps, combs, cotton swabs, and a hairdryer. There are also snacks provided! Enjoying snacks while soaking in the hot spring is such a delight. They also thoughtfully provide body lotion, which leaves your skin feeling smooth and soft after use. Additionally, you can choose to add afternoon tea or lunch to your experience. 120 minutes of usage time (If you book a private bathroom, remember to allocate time for washing up.) Bathrobes, towels, and basic toiletries are provided, along with complimentary tea and light snacks.
