Tour Overview ✅ Route: Osaka ➡ Kyoto ➡ Mount Fuji ➡ Tokyo (Hakata to Higashi exit) ✅ Airline tickets and hotels: All booked on Ctrip. Remember to confirm the hotel’s rules for infant beds. ✅ Transportation: Public transportation throughout the journey! Although Japan's transportation is complicated, it is super cost-effective if you plan well💰 📝Preparation before the trip 1️⃣ Documents: Passport (valid for at least 6 months) + visa application on Taobao 2️⃣ Money: Exchange Japanese yen in advance and bring a Visa card 3️⃣ APP: Download Google Map, a travel navigation tool 4️⃣ Internet: Buy an Internet data card from Taobao and post beautiful photos at any time 5️⃣ Small items: coin storage box (lots of Japanese coins) + portable garbage bag (very few garbage cans 😭) 🗓Specific itinerary ⭐️Day1: Shanghai→Osaka When I landed at Osaka Airport in the afternoon, the first thing I did was to buy an ICOCA card! Children aged 6-12 can enjoy half price and their names can be printed on them, so cute~ Take a bus from the airport directly to "Hankyu Hotel Ronspark Osaka", the location is amazing! As soon as you step out the door, you will find Umeda subway station, restaurants and shopping malls. In the evening, you can have Ichiran Ramen, and then go to Hankyu Department Store to buy stationery. Remember to stock up! Come back and the points will be gone~ ⭐️Day2: Osaka The weather was not good and there was a typhoon and rain 🌧 But it did not affect shopping and eating! Go shopping in Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, then go to Kuromon Market to enjoy seafood. The umbrella I bought that day is of great quality and I am still using it! ⭐️Day 3: Universal Studios Osaka A must-go to Super Nintendo Park! Take home all the Harry Potter wands and Mario bracelets ~ There were many people but it was very orderly, and the children didn’t want to leave after having so much fun! ⭐️Day4: Osaka→Kyoto Take the JR to Kyoto, visit Sannenzaka, Ninenzaka, and Kiyomizu Temple, and buy handicrafts from the stalls while walking. When your legs get tired, just take a taxi back to the hotel. It’s a savior for lazy people! ⭐️Day5: Kyoto→Tokyo Buy Shinkansen tickets in advance (just like the domestic high-speed rail 🚄), check in to the Mercure Tokyo Ginza Hotel, which is surrounded by big-name shopping malls! Even if you walk until your legs break, you still have to go to the Imperial Palace~ ⭐️Day 6: One-day trip to Mount Fuji Mount Fuji is far away and transportation is inconvenient, so I chose a private tour! Check in at Mount Fuji, Lake Kawaguchi Cable Car, Arakurayama Sengen Park, Hakone Shrine ~ In the evening, the tour guide will also take you to Shibuya to experience the world's busiest intersection and have a super BBQ dinner! ⭐️Day7: Tokyo My Japanese cousin and her family gave us a warm welcome! Visiting the sea view room, I was so envious~ The kids had fun while the adults continued shopping🛍 ⭐️Day8: Tokyo→Shanghai Take a bus near the hotel directly to the airport and go shopping in the duty-free shops to restock your stocks!
