The ingredients are top-notch, and the chef is very friendly, making for an enjoyable dining experience! The highlight was definitely the sea urchin sushi, which had an incredibly fresh and sweet taste. Make sure to book in advance! I reserved the ¥9,900 course, which includes 16 dishes.
