The neon signs of Dotonbori, the excitement of USJ, the tranquility of Osaka Castle… I will record my short but full 3 nights and 4 days. ⸻ 📍 Day 1 | Dotonbori + Shinsaibashi The first thing I visited upon arriving in Osaka was, of course, Dotonbori. As I walked along the river, I soon found myself with takoyaki in my mouth and shopping bags in my hands! A certification shot in front of the Glico Sign is a must, and the Dotonbori riverside with the sunset in the evening was more beautiful than in the photo. 🍜 Food recommendations: Crazy Takoyaki, Ichiran Ramen, Gogi Sando 🛍️ Shopping spots: Shinsaibashi shopping arcade – drugstores, Uniqlo, Muji, everything 📸 Photo spots: In front of the Glico sign, Dotonbori River night view, Shinsaibashi Arcade ⸻ 📍 Day 2 | Osaka Castle + Floating Garden Observatory We started the morning peacefully by taking a walk in Osaka Castle Park. It wasn't the cherry blossom season, but the lush green surroundings of the castle were so pretty, and it had a historical atmosphere. In the afternoon, we enjoyed the city view from the Umeda Sky Building Floating Garden Observatory. If you go up around sunset, you can see the sparkling Osaka city at a glance. 🎫 Tip: If you buy the observatory admission ticket in advance on Trip.com, you don't have to wait in line 📸 Photo spots: Osaka Castle Main Gate, Floating Garden Glass Floor, Umeda Night View ⸻ 📍 Day 3 | Universal Studios Japan (USJ) The highlight of this trip! To enter Super Nintendo World, you need an admission ticket + a timed ticket. The moment you ride the Mario Kart yourself, your childlike mind explodes 🎮 The Harry Potter Village in the evening had the best atmosphere because of the lights. 🎠 Tip: USJ is a battle of stamina! We recommend booking an Express Pass on Trip.com and entering early in the morning 📸 Photo spots: Mario entrance, in front of Hogwarts Castle, Minion World Parade ⸻ 📍 Day 4 | Tsuruhashi & To the Airport On the last day, we took a leisurely stroll around Tsuruhashi Koreatown. When you miss Korean food, you can get tteokbokki, kimbap, and japchae here! It was much cheaper to buy souvenirs at Don Quijote than at the airport duty-free shop. 🎁 Shopping Tips: Get Don Quijote Tax Free + Additional Discount Coupons 📸 Photo Spots: Tsuruhashi Alley Mural, Kimchi Shop in Front of the Station ⸻ 🎒 Overall Review Osaka is a city that is familiar yet new, noisy yet cozy, and great whether you go alone, with friends, or with family.
