| Warlord's Office | A Half History of the Republic of China in Heilongjiang. The former site of the Heilongjiang Warlord's Office is located in Jianhua District, Qiqihar City, and was built in the 11th year of the Jiaqing Emperor of the Qing Dynasty as the private residence of the Deputy Commander-in-Chief, also known as the Mansion of the Great Man. At the end of the Qing Dynasty, Cheng Dequan, the acting governor of Heilongjiang, began construction on this foundation, and Zhou Shumu, who later became the governor, continued the construction to completion. The preservation and restoration of the interior of the Warlord's Office are both very high, fully reflecting the style of that turbulent era. In addition, the Warlord's Office is directly connected to the Qiqihar City Museum.
