It is divided into 6 zones. You will gain knowledge about the history and information of the province without getting bored. The only downside is that standing for a long time is a bit tiring. There are not many seats. You can sit in the designated areas. At first, you have to go up from the first floor and take the stairs. The viewpoint can be reached by elevator on the 23rd floor. The view is very beautiful.
