The exhibitions are more attractive and themed around Van Gogh. The Myeongdong branch is located on the 9th floor of Lotte Department Store. It is a bit hidden and there are not many signs. It is closer to Euljiro 3-ga Station. I thought it was a check-in for the interactive projection exhibition, but when I arrived the staff instructed me to watch the exhibition quietly for the first 40 minutes (not to walk around, take photos or record videos), and then to take photos freely for the last 15 minutes. Because I wasn’t allowed to take photos, it was the first time I truly experienced an “immersive” experience in appreciating an art exhibition. The 270-degree visual enjoyment in front of you and the underground, coupled with the excellent music arrangement, makes you walk into the world of the master's paintings. When I saw the last part of The Starry Night, I was particularly moved by the performance from the brothers' perspective. There is a souvenir shop outside the venue with exquisite goods. You may want to buy some as souvenirs.
