I've always had a good impression of Northeast-style iron pot stew. After my friend took me to try this restaurant's iron pot stew last week, my fondness for it has grown even more. This place truly made me feel the warm and lively hospitality of Northeast China. From the cheerful and festive Northeast-style Er Ren Zhuan performances to the friendly and chatty staff and owner, and the authentic iron pot stew, it's hard not to fall in love with this restaurant. Food Recommendations Northeast Double-Flavored Stew I chose the double-flavored stew, which lets you enjoy two delicious options in one pot: pork ribs stew and free-range chicken stew. The ribs and chicken are pre-stewed until tender and flavorful, and when served, they are absolutely mouthwatering. The stew also includes side ingredients like potatoes and green beans, and the rich, aromatic broth is simply irresistible. Corn Pancakes A signature pairing for iron pot stew! These pancakes are arranged in a circle around the edge of the pot. Once cooked, they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
