We dropped by Soup Restaurant at VivoCity for lunch, and it turned out to be the perfect mid-day pause. The place has this calm, old-school charm—wooden screens, quiet hum of conversations, and a laid-back pace that makes you forget you’re in a bustling mall. The must-have, as always, was their Samsui Ginger Chicken. It came chilled, silky, and sliced just right, paired with crisp lettuce and that addictive ginger sauce. Wrapping it up like a little lettuce taco never gets old—clean, fresh, and so satisfying. We added a bowl of double-boiled herbal soup, which was deep, earthy, and comforting—exactly what you’d want after a morning of errands or shopping.
