Tengchong｜This Forest-Themed Cloud Cliff Hot Spring Hotel is Truly Healing!

Because of this hotel, I embarked on a spontaneous trip to Tengchong. I was already looking forward to it, but upon arrival, I was truly amazed! I just have to say—staying here is absolutely worth it! This homestay is located by the Black Fish River Scenic Area. Staying here allows you to embark on a hiking adventure through the scenic area, surrounded by lush green mountains, clear waters, and babbling streams. Every breath is filled with fresh negative oxygen ions—perfect for experiencing a "forest detox." The scenic area is also a prime spot for observing macaque monkeys. A large group of macaques will eagerly approach visitors, politely begging for food without any aggression. There’s also a horseback riding area, and the nearby Mushan Residence features various adorable small animals, making it ideal for family-friendly fun. The homestay offers private hot spring baths, and soaking in the warm waters at dusk is incredibly soothing. I chose the 180-degree Cloud Mountain View Room, where the floor-to-ceiling windows frame breathtaking scenery. The lush greenery outside is incredibly relaxing. The homestay also includes a coffee bar—perfect for enjoying afternoon tea on the rooftop while watching the sunset. In the evening, gather around the stove for tea, roasting their delicious local pork, which is incredibly fragrant! With an array of snacks and fruits, chatting and roasting by the fire, it’s yet another day of pure bliss!
