🇯🇵 Nine restaurants in Tokyo all at once 🍴
1️⃣Misojyu Asakusa Branch
The shop has two floors, and there's no shade while queuing 🌲. Although Google reviews said it's not worth a special trip, I think it's definitely worth it! Starting your day with a traditional Japanese breakfast is one of the things you should do when visiting Japan.
📍 1-7-5 Asakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0032

2️⃣Joto Curry
A famous curry restaurant in Shibuya. You order through a kiosk before being seated. The pork cutlet curry is only 990 yen, which is a great deal. The pork cutlet is cut to a perfect width, just right for eating, and the crispy fried crust doesn't scratch your mouth 👄. I want to go back for more 🤤!
📍 1F, Higashi Ichigo-kan Building, 3-18-7 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0002

3️⃣ Katsuo Shokudo (Bonito Flake Rice Specialty Restaurant)
I was really lucky during this trip to Tokyo; the wait times weren't long. At this restaurant 🍚, we only waited for one other group of customers before being seated! It was a traditional Japanese breakfast 🥣, and although it wasn't the type of food we were familiar with, it was surprisingly delicious!

4️⃣Ginza Soryu
My first bowl of ramen on this trip was at Ginza Soryu. Plenty of seating and a wide variety of dishes, from ramen and gyoza to rice balls 🍙 and fried rice. I'm not a ramen expert, so I won't comment too much, but overall, it was a great experience!
📍 〒104-0061 6-4-18 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
🕤11:00 AM - 3:00 AM

5️⃣Backlot Cafe
One of the four cafeterias at the Harry Potter film studio. Judging by the presentation of the four house set meals, Hufflepuff was my favorite. He designed the dish based on Professor Parona Bud, who is in charge of herbal medicine at the academy. The main course is a herb-stuffed chicken leg, served with a cheese ball shaped like a plant pot and mashed potatoes—photogenic and delicious! 😋
📍 1-1-7 Kasugacho, Nerima-ku, Tokyo 179-0074
🕤8:30 AM - 10:00 PM

6️⃣ Tonkatsu Donya (Pork Cutlet Donburi) - Zeicho
Zicho, which only sells pork cutlets and has received a Michelin recommendation, needs no introduction. It attracts tourists from all over the world, and local office workers often grab a bowl during their lunch break. The location is excellent; after registering and waiting, you can go to a nearby GU or 7-Eleven to enjoy the air conditioning, and then return when your time is up.
📍 150-0042 Tokyo, Shibuya City, Udagawacho, 41−26, Popie Building

7️⃣ Planet of Curry
I did a little research on curry types in Kitazawa, and most of them appear in colorful hues. This Curry Planet 🌍 is even more elaborate, with a flower garden theme, garnishing the curry 🍛 with different colored petals. But if I had to pick my favorite type of curry, I'd say the simple, coffee-colored curry sauce is more to my liking.

8️⃣Kawagoeya
For foreigners who want to try a variety of Japanese dishes at once, choosing the "Kiku" or "En" set menu at this restaurant allows them to sample a little of everything, which is very cost-effective. However, perhaps because it spreads your attention too thin, I felt that the deliciousness of each dish was just barely passable.

9️⃣ Windera Cafe Shichirigahama Branch
Located on the second floor of a complex a 5-minute walk from the popular Kamakura High School Station, this cafe offers both balcony and indoor seating. Walking into the long, narrow cafe, you'll see Mount Fuji 🗻 and a level crossing in front, the blue sea to your left, and the Enoshima Electric Railway to your right. A perfect 90-minute stay.
📍 1F-A, Shichirigahama, Kanagawa, Kamakura, 1 Chome−4−11, Japan 248-0026
