[Tokyo🗼] A new store of the Torishiki family opens in Nakameguro!

#AbsolutelyFreeTrip A new restaurant by the world-famous Torishiki Ichimon, Bird Lab, has opened in Nakameguro✨ I called on Saturday and was told that the terrace was always open, so I went there😆 The building is along the Meguro River, so it's easy to get there, but I don't know how to get in...they open the door by pressing 501 on the auto-lock🙄 It was hot during the day, but it was cool and open at night, so I'm glad I chose the terrace, but there are a lot of bugs!! From small bugs to big dung beetles (lol) The staff was very polite and dealt with the dung beetles every time, but if you can't stand bugs, it's probably better to use the inside (lol) The food was mostly ethnic, combining chicken dishes with spices, which was innovative and interesting💕 As for the single dishes, the fried potatoes were especially delicious🫶🏻 Of course, the skewers of yakitori were also well-seasoned and delicious, but there weren't many varieties. The chicken hearts, chicken thighs, and fatty tuna were all seasoned with various spices and were very filling! I had green curry for the final course, but it was a little different from what I had imagined.
