Initially, I was set on trying the carrot cake, but the 'honey ricotta toast' on the menu completely stole my heart! When it arrived, I couldn't help but gasp—thick toast topped with a generous layer of snowy white ricotta cheese, drizzled with amber honey, and sprinkled with roasted walnut bits.
