[Ehime] Delicious egg-on-rice dish that makes full use of fresh seafood

I found a dish of egg on rice that I will never forget! In Ehime, there is Matsuyama Taimeshi (rice cooked with grilled sea bream) and Uwajima Taimeshi, but what I absolutely wanted to try on this trip was Kadoya's "Uwajima Taimeshi". The firm, springy, fresh and plump sea bream sashimi is mixed with raw egg with special broth and served on hot rice. It was so delicious I can't put it into words! I realized that when people eat something really delicious, they lose themselves and are speechless!
