Italian pizza with innovative dough

#TravelItaly It is well known that Italy is the birthplace of pizza. There are many delicious pizza restaurants, but Sapore is interesting because of its creativity in creating different types of pizza dough and pairing them with different toppings. It is not just the classic pizza dough like pizza romana or neapolitan. You have to stop by and try it. There are 2 branches of this restaurant in Verona. One branch only allows take-away, while the branch we went to is a large restaurant with comfortable seating. We chose 2 types of pizza. The first type has a very thick, fluffy dough like a pillow, but it is fun to chew. It is a type of dough that we have never eaten anywhere else. The topping is parma ham, which tastes good. It feels more like eating bread with ham than pizza. The other one we ordered has a thinner dough than the first dish, but not too thin and crispy. It is topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pesto sauce. The taste is closer to a normal pizza than the first type.
