Help! Weihai doesn't feel like a northern city at all!! It's so beautiful I'm speechless...

Flying from Shanghai to Weihai for a relaxing three-day, two-night trip~ I originally considered taking the high-speed rail, but when I saw it would take a full 7 hours, I decisively chose a flight instead. Interestingly, I noticed that the closer to the departure date I booked the ticket, the cheaper it got. However, be aware that my ticket didn't include checked baggage allowance. If you have a lot of luggage, remember to purchase the allowance in advance. I bought a 10kg baggage allowance for about 105 yuan. Here's the itinerary: Day 1: Check into the homestay → International Bathing Beach → Oulefang Day 2 Morning: Half Moon Bay → Huoju Eighth Street; Afternoon: Blueways Ship → Hanlefang Day 3 Morning: Happiness Gate → Weihai Park → Golden Bay Boardwalk → Return home Attraction experience sharing: P1, P4-P6 are at International Bathing Beach: There are lots of young people here, with two universities nearby, creating a great atmosphere. Friends going to play are advised to wear flip-flops for easier wading, and bring a bucket to collect seashells and rinse feet afterward. We didn't bring one and had to wait a long time to borrow from others. P7 is Oulefang: Essentially a snack street with no dedicated seating, everyone basically eats while walking. P8-P9 are sunrise at Half Moon Bay: Not knowing the exact sunrise time the day before, I downloaded a sunrise/sunset app on my phone which was quite accurate as a reference. Remember to book a ride-hailing car in advance. In mid-to-late June, sunrise is around 4:30 am. P10 is Huoju Eighth Street: Definitely don't go in the afternoon! It gets so crowded you can't take good photos. The best time is before 9 am. We went around 6 am and it was already quite busy. P11-P13 are the Blueways Ship: This is my most recommended attraction. You can get close to seagulls here, and if you want to feed them, bring some ham sausage. It's very photogenic, try to avoid peak crowds. P14 is Hanlefang: There are several streets here full of Korean cuisine and various snacks. The tuna kimbap from Han Udon Kimbap is 19 yuan each, huge and very tasty. P15 is the Big Photo Frame at Weihai Park: If you just want to check in at the Big Photo Frame, be sure to tell the driver directly to go to the Big Photo Frame at Weihai Park, as Weihai Park is very large and different entrances may require long walks. P16 is Golden Bay Boardwalk: It's basically a bridge. I went during the day and could photograph Maor Island from the end of the bridge. It's recommended to go at night when the lights make the scenery more beautiful. Accommodation tips: If coming by high-speed rail, it's recommended to stay downtown or near Hanlefang for easier access to various attractions. If you want a sea view room, you can choose homestays near International Bathing Beach or Half Moon Bay (I chose one near Liugong Island, P2-P3 show the sea view from the homestay window. I was initially attracted by this beautiful view and found it truly great after checking in!) Travel tips: Ride-hailing is very convenient, usually available within 1 minute. I don't recommend renting electric bikes as the distances between Weihai's attractions are quite far, the battery life is limited, and it's not very safe to ride. If possible, consider renting a car. Clothing guide: For mid-to-late June weather, a T-shirt with a sun-protective jacket and pants or shorts is sufficient.
