When I was visiting the Kushida Shrine, I turned my head and suddenly a few cherry blossom trees came into view. It is adjacent to Canal City Hakata and Kawabata-dori Shopping Street, so it is easy to stop by while shopping or strolling. The chocolate churros (580 yen) seemed to be popular, but I had the sweet potato flavored soft serve ice cream. If Canal City Hakata is crowded, this is a great place to take a break.
