Arriving at 10:30 PM, the place wasn’t crowded, and the ambiance was very comfortable. The interior features a retro palace design in wine red tones, complemented by floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcasing Hong Kong’s night view—perfect for Instagram-worthy shots 🫶🏻. This time, I tried two unique cocktails, both visually appealing and delicious: 🍸 Red Temptation (Pic 4) Rum, Red Dates & Goji Crystal Sugar Syrup, Lemon Juice, Coconut Water Served in a Chinese teacup filled with peach gum, red dates, goji berries, and crystal sugar. I recently revisited Socio, a bar in Central’s Soho district. I was already impressed by their cocktails last time I was there; they were so creative and super delicious 😍 This time, I learned that they’ve launched a brand new menu, where each cocktail is made with leftover ingredients recycled from nearby restaurants. The bar is decorated primarily with dolomite, glass pendants, and gold-rimmed bar chairs. It's elegant, stylish, and timeless, with a sense of transparency and spaciousness. 🎀✨ To the west, you can enjoy the sunset view of the Infinity Pool, while to the east and south, you can see the Kai Tak Sports Centre. 💙 The Kai Tak Sports Centre's exterior is stunning. 💜 Especially at night, when it's lit up and sparkling. ⭐️ The service is top-notch, the drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is chill. 🥰 Every table is given complimentary welcome drinks and peanuts. 🥹✨ It wasn't crowded when we opened a little after 5pm on Friday. It uses cold-brewed sourdough bread and vanilla beans as a base, blended with whiskey and honey, giving it a slightly sweet taste. The biggest surprise is the sea salt coconut foam on top. The whole thing has such a rich flavor, I love it! ※ Banana Peel ($130) This cocktail, launched in collaboration with the American bakery Butter, features salted truffles, honeydew melon, rosemary soda, and more. It's quite refreshing. ※ Coffee ($130) This is a collaboration with Amo Ago, a coffee shop. I thought it was similar to espresso. It tastes like a Martini. I didn't expect it to be citrusy. After watching a movie in Mong Kok, we looked for a place to eat nearby and found this industrial-style bar on Hak Bu Street. Seeing they had craft beer🍻 that looked good, we went in. I am always happy to go to Central for a drink, because the bars are close together and not suitable for Bar Hopping🤩 I recently discovered a new bar, just behind The Old Man. Yes, there is indeed something special in the alley😎 The style here is quite British, with reference to the style of old British bars. The decorations on the wall and every small ornament on the table have a 1920s flavor. The cocktails are divided into different themes, among which Sherry Cobbler and Martinis were the more popular styles in those years. Some of the current menus are reinterpreted based on these cocktails. 🔹Dobonet Fizz This glass of wine is full of strong orange aroma. It is very refreshing and long-lasting because of the bubbles. The taste of brandy permeates softly and the overall taste is not very sweet.
