#summervacay When in Rome, I highly recommend a visit to the Villa Medici (Villa Medicis), perched atop the Pincian Hill! From here, you can overlook the entire city of Rome – it's quite a sight. This beautiful villa has a fascinating history. After the powerful Medici family, it changed hands several times, even passing through the Lorraine family. Then, in 1803, Napoleon Bonaparte acquired it and decided it would be the permanent home for the newly established French Academy in Rome. This academy was, and still is, a prestigious institution offering French artists the chance to further their studies right here in Rome. We bought our tickets directly on the day of our visit. Do note that you must join a guided tour with a staff member. Everyone is expected to stay within a roughly 100-meter radius around the guide – no wandering off on your own! It ensures a cohesive and informative experience. Paris, France‼ ️ We came to Shangri-La-the former residence of Napoleon's nephew🏠❤️😍 #周杰伦告白气球MVThe room where I saw the Eiffel Tower is this one😍😍😍😍😍 Arrive at Paris Gare du Nord train station🚉, take the subway🚇 to Iéna station, and walk out of the train station in less than 1 minute to the Shangri-La Hotel‼ ️ Let me introduce you. The hotel was originally the palace of Prince Roland Bonaparte, the nephew of Napoleon. After it was listed as a cultural heritage by France in 2009, the Shangri-La Group bought it and renovated it into their first hotel in Europe. More than half of the rooms in the hotel have a view of the scenery, which is really great! (However, I stayed in a basic room and couldn’t take a photo of the view😂) I personally gave their service 12 million points. From check-in to check-out, I almost thought I became the king. After the front desk checked us in, the manager came out to welcome us. Then the beautiful French front desk lady took us on a hotel tour before taking us back to our room. The service was impeccable. The room was also surprisingly prepared for free 🆓FREE‼ ️‼ ️‼ ️‼ ️9 macarons + welcome card, no need to go out to buy them☺️☺️ There were still gifts until check-out. We stayed there during the Mid-Autumn Festival last year, and they gave us a whole box of mooncakes before we left‼ ️‼ ️Me. . . I'm flattered. . I was scared! I also recommend the nearby Trocaderó. If you want to take a photo with the Eiffel Tower from a distance, this is the right place.
