A nice place to relax and enjoy the sun
This beach is about half an hour by taxi from the downtown of Palma. There is also public bus that goes there. The water is calm and the temperature is just right for August.

Winter sun in Palma ☀️
Looking for winter sun? I might just have the place for your next getaway over the holiday period. From the architecture, history, culture, the list goes on, Palma exceeds all expectations. I spent Christmas in this beautiful city and I cannot rate it highly. The most incredible food, coastline and the friendliest people make this the ultimate destination for anyone seeking the perfect getaway through all seasons.#palma #spain #falltrip #mytravelhacks #localguides #historicallandmarks
Majorca, Mallorca, surprisingly aesthetic!
Stayed in Palma Mallorca with a friend. Walked for a nearby dinner at Beewei which was SENSATIONAL- the beef cheeks cannelloni was one of the tastiest dishes I have ever had. Walked to the esplanade to get gelato from Riverside and it was amazing. Vibes everywhere, arty and clean city. Very surprising as expected cheap party centric places but it was classy and nice. Buskers in the square added to the vibe 🇪🇸🏝️🎶💧

Palma de Mallorca, Spain
Palma is located in the Bay of Palma on the south coast of Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea. It is the capital and largest city of the Autonomous Region of the Balearic Islands.
As of 2018, Palma Airport serves more than 29 million passengers per year, a figure that surpasses Wuhan in China. In the same year, the passenger volume of Hong Kong International Airport was 74.7 million.
Founded in the Roman times, the city suffered several Vandal attacks during the decline of the Western Roman Empire before being reconquered by the Byzantine Empire, then colonized by the Moors and, in the 13th century, by James I of Aragon.
Palma became a refuge for many people during the occupation of Catalonia and Valencia by Napoleon's troops in the early 19th century, during which freedom flourished until the restoration of absolutism.
The advent of mass tourism from the 1950s transformed the city into a tourist destination and attracted many workers from mainland Spain, which led to major changes in the city's traditions, language and economic strength.
Today, more than half of the city's workforce is engaged in tourism, making it Palma's main industry. Tourism has led to rapid economic growth in Palma, making Mallorca wealthier compared to the rest of Spain.
Palma is a port of call for many cruise companies on their Mediterranean routes. I also arrived here by cruise ship and completed a one-day tour that left me wanting more. #OverseasTravel #SpainTravel #Spain #Mediterranean #IslandHoliday #IslandTour #spaintravel #palma de mallorca

Sky high summer vibes in Palma
#voyagevibes
Palma in the summer is the ultimate sun-soaked escape, and staying at JS Palma Stay, an adults-only haven, made it all the more perfect. With a rooftop terrace for sunbathing and a prime beachside location, we couldn’t have asked for a better base to soak up the Mediterranean magic. We went in September so it was a little more on the quieter side.
Our days started leisurely on the hotel’s rooftop terrace, where we caught the morning sun and sipped on the perfect frozen daiquiris. Just steps from the hotel, the golden sands of Playa de Palma stretched out behind a classy strip of bars and restaurants. This setup was perfect for hopping between sunbathing and sipping cocktails without missing a beat.
Dining at Rocabeach
For dinner, we treated ourselves to a meal at Rocabeach, a chic Mediterranean restaurant perched right on the water. The menu was extensive and service I couldn’t fault. Along the strip you find most bars and restaurants have live music so there is always great entertainment on hand.
For a bit of adventure, we decided to try paragliding—and at just £45 each, it was a steal. After some initial nerves (and a lot of nervous laughter), we were strapped in and soaring high above the bay. The views were breathtaking. This really was a great place to visit and everything is on your doorstop. #palma #beachholiday
Awesome all-inclusive holiday in Magaluf in Mallorca!
We had an awesome holiday in Mallorca in April, prices well below peak season prices so it was good value. We decided to go with all inclusive so enjoyed all you can eat buffet three meals a day at the sea view restaurant. Our room also had sea views with a balcony and a hot tub! Mostly, we just hung out at the beach and got a bit sunburnt. The nightlife in Magaluf was also good fun! We also spent a day on an outing to Palma de Mallorca to soak in some of the local culture. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Palma!
Palma centre is very beautiful!
I visited Palma cathedral and the surrounding area. Perfect for solo traveler’s or a the friend and family. The old town is very picturesque with the old streets and buildings around. Palma cathedral is one not to miss!
There are lots of lovely independent shops along the main tourist paths. Various bars and restaurants to stop off at throughout the day. The ice cream shop near the cathedral is delicious and I definitely recommend a visit to cool off for the lovely sunshine.#palma #Palmacathedral #Mallorca #solo #Ballerics
