I've been talking too much on the west side of Singapore when it comes to hiking, so what about the north? There are is one called the Hampstead Wetlands Park which is located in the vicinity of seletar west area. This park is said to be about 4 football field big, which isn't as big compared to the other parks but this is fairly new and was developed by our Nparks when the seletar west cafes were being built sometime back. Its honestly abit difficult to get her without a car as the bus here also comes in a longer interval especially on weekends but still a great place to explore and especially out of the urban areas where this places offer peace and quiet which also allows you to soak yourself in nature with the surround birds and insects chirping along and the beautiful lake in the middle of the park. #celebratewithtrip #seletarwest #singapore #naturepark #wetlands #hampstead #north #exploration #weekendtrip

Hampstead heath is also a short walk away which is great for a hike if the weather is nice. since alot of the paths are not paved it can get quite muddy. #hampsteadheath
