📍Mount Cook . The most popular route at Mount Cook is the Hooker Valley Track. Because the route is simple and the scenery is beautiful. The tour I joined offered many optional activities. We opted for a helicopter experience midway, so we couldn't complete the entire Hooker Valley Track, only covering about 1/3 of the route. But it was already breathtaking! The lake water was crystal clear, complemented by the snow-capped mountains, like a fairyland 🥰🥰 . Many people ask me whether New Zealand or Switzerland has more beautiful scenery. It's really hard to choose. For me, both places are worth visiting! They both offer some of the world's most stunning landscapes 🩵🤍🩵

New Zealand is soooooo beautiful!!! The real thing is even more beautiful than the pictures I've seen. This time I went to the South Island, the must-go place is "Mount Cook". It's a place you have to come to. Actually, you can drive there and see Mount Cook in its entirety, but we went for a walk. The "Hooker Valley Track" is a very easy path, not steep, but far away!!!! It took 2 hours to walk there and another 2 hours to return. I was so tired, lol. But the view is so beautiful that you can't help but be dizzy. It's insanely beautiful, so beautiful, so incredibly beautiful. It's worth the effort. ☺️ ☀️: I went in December 2023. It was the hot season, and the sky was very clear. 🌈: I recommend bringing drinking water, sunscreen, a sun protection shirt, and non-slip sneakers (I wore NB530 and they were comfortable). Blessed with good weather during our 3hr hike surrounded by beautiful and majestic valleys at Hooker Valley Track. Overcame 3 swing bridges and reached the end of the track, welcomed by a breathtaking lake view! The place is a great place for hikers to take a break, refuel themselves for the hike back. Below review is from Mount Cook - Queenstown only : A quite chill tour. We have our first stop at lake pulaki (with toilet) and second stop at the high country salmon shop (with toilet) the salmon is freshwater salmon and there are fresh and nice. Third stop is at the Lindis pass where you can take stunning pictures on the valley (without toilet) the next stop bus driver refill pertrol at tarras (with toilet) and continue to drive to our last stop Jason Orchard (without toilet) to buy some fresh fruit ice cream (s/m/l but small is big enough) and fresh fruits / vegetable. From this point driver will drop off everyone based on their accommodation. #mtcook #mountcook #Queenstown

It’s a worthwhile visit after 10 years the scenery is still as wonderful as before. Remember to book the correct hotel. Hermitage motel and hermitage hotel is both sister hotel and show up on the same website. Hermitage hotel is facing directly towards mount cook but hermitage motel is not. Although there is free shuttle bus at your disposal. But still you will wanna wake up and seeing the fabulous scenery of mount cook when u book a hotel. Walk from the hotel to the fist bridge is around 1 hour so be prepared. #mountcook
