A place of memory and hope: the September 11 National Memorial and Museum
"National September 11 Memorial & Museum"
The National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York City is a place of remembrance and solemn commemoration for those who died in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
The memorial was designed to commemorate the victims, and two large fountains are located at the foundations of the original World Trade Center.
The museum has many exhibits to convey the details of the incident and its impact.
Actual artifacts, footage, and testimonies are on display, allowing visitors to reflect deeply on the historic event.
There are also panels with the names of the victims engraved on them, and a space where family and friends can share their thoughts.
It will be a valuable experience to learn history, empathize, and gain lessons for the future.

Art Museum in New York🗽🇺🇸🚕
📍Metropolitan Museum of Art
💰Price per person: $30
🕰️Opening hours: 10:00-17:00 (until 21:00 on Fridays and Saturdays)
*Closed on Wednesdays
The goods at this museum were so cute,
so I'd like to introduce them to you✨️
The representative "The Met" logo
There were a lot of apparel, bags, and accessories with this logo🙆♀️
Some of the apparel is in collaboration with Champion,
and they are all stylish and can be used for everyday use✨️
The accessories such as shiori and magnets are also cute♥️
It feels a little expensive due to the weak yen and high prices,
but it's worth buying as a memento✨️

New York Times Square🇺🇸
This time, I'll introduce some recommended places around Times Square✨️

A place recommended to me by a follower
Aspiring musical actors sing right in front of you‼ ️
Mamma Mia, Disney songs, and more‼ ️
📍Nizza
Italian restaurant🇮🇹
All the recommendations from the staff here were 100% perfect,
so when you go, ask the staff for their recommendations🙆♀️
📍O'Donoghue's

[Cutting-edge city] New York 🇺🇸

[USA] 7 recommended spots in New York!
\7 Recommended Spots in New York! /
New York is sometimes called the best city in the world.
It's been my dream to go there for a long time!
I can't forget the excitement I felt when I finally went and saw Times Square.
But I thought it might not be that different from Tokyo. (lol)
If you're going to see a Broadway show,
I recommend making a reservation in advance◎
It's cheaper, and if you're not good at English,
it's definitely safer to make a reservation on a Japanese site or by translating it into Japanese!
Authentic musicals are truly moving, so go see the play that interests you!

[A typical American autumn scene] Enjoy a pumpkin patch surrounded by rows of pumpkins
✩
🎃ᴘᴜᴍᴘᴋɪɴ ᴘᴀᴛᴄʜ🎃
A pumpkin patch with countless pumpkins lined up.
It's a common autumn sight in America and other countries.✨
Pumpkin patches aren't very familiar in Japan yet, but
farmers and other businesses sell large pumpkins, and
various events are held at the venue.☺️
All the pumpkins in this photo are for sale! ︎
Many farms line them up cutely like this to create photo spots, and hold events such as haunted houses that can be enjoyed by both children and adults✨
This is the pumpkin patch venue in Western New York, USA, and the gorgeous and cute decorations are very popular every year✨

If you want to go to an observation tower in New York, this is the place to go!
New York is home to many skyscrapers, each with its own unique view.
One of the most recommended is Summit One Vanderbilt.
Not only does it offer a panoramic view of Manhattan, but it also offers an immersive experience, and your expectations will rise as you ascend in the elevator.
When you arrive at the observation deck, there are various attractions, and you can take many special photos, which are sure to become memories of New York!
The admission fee is a little higher than other buildings, but the experience is worth it.
If you book at the last minute, you may not be able to get the time you want, so we recommend booking early once your plans are decided.

Crossing America!
First, I went to New York🗽!
I was so moved to see the sights I had only ever seen on TV in real life!
Then I traveled from New York to California.
The travel time was an astonishing 6 and a half hours!
Traveling for 6 and a half hours within the same country really made me feel the vastness of America!
The long-awaited American Disney was amazing!
The rides were different from those in Japan, with attractions like Star Wars and Cars✌️
At night, there was a fountain show in front of the Ferris wheel, and I couldn't help but shed a tear...
It was so much fun that time seemed to fly by!
You should definitely visit America🇺🇸 at least once!
[New York🇺🇸Statue of Liberty] An overwhelming presence! ️A place I wanted to visit when I went to New York
#Airplanetrip2024
When I went to New York, I went to the Statue of Liberty🗽, a must-see tourist spot.
I was staying in Manhattan, so I took the train to the port and then took a boat🚢 to the Statue of Liberty.
The Statue of Liberty is located on Liberty Island, which is also registered as a cultural heritage of the World Heritage Site.
It was very impressive, solid, and had a strong presence.
It's just so big‼️
If you go to New York, this is a spot I would definitely recommend☺️

[New York] Participate in the New Year's Eve countdown in Times Square!
I participated in the New Year's countdown in New York! It's always been my dream to spend New Year's in New York! It's surprisingly tough, and if you don't know, you may regret it... If you're going, please use this as a reference.
[Schedule]
12.31
9:30 Arrive at Times Square
The gates open little by little, so move as close to the main stage as possible
Around 12:00 Rehearsal
Just stand and wait
Around 18:00 Start
Repeat waiting with background music playing by one artist
Around 21:00 Free hats and balloons distributed
End after midnight countdown
[Experience]
○Times Square is divided into sections by gates, and I arrived at 9:30, but it was already super crowded...I couldn't enter from the gate I wanted to enter, so I entered from another place. I happened to enter from a good gate, but people were gathering at a great pace, so I should have had more time. This time the stage was perfect, but it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't see the important ball drop from the gate. But if I had been one step later, I wouldn't have been able to see the stage.
○There are a lot of people, but it's really cold at night. I recommend that you dress as much as you can, even if it's hot during the day.
○Diapers are a must. I only had a minimum amount of water in the morning and afternoon, so I was able to endure from around 9:30 when we started lining up until around 1:00 the next day, but you never know what might happen. I recommend that you wear them because they will keep you warm. Once you go outside the gate, you can't go back in.
○In any case, wear shoes that you're used to wearing! You'll be standing the whole time, so heels are strictly prohibited...It's important that you can wait as comfortably as possible.
○Hats and balloons will be handed out in the second half. This will make it difficult to see the stage, so it's recommended that you find a position where you can see the monitor clearly!

[New York] Christmas decorations all around! How to spend the end of the year in New York
I went to New York at the end of the year! !
It was after Christmas, but the whole place was decorated with Christmas decorations and it was very beautiful!
[Schedule]
Day 1 Arrive at the hotel late at night
Day 2 Stroll around Manhattan
Go to the farmers market
Go to the Brooklyn Bridge
Watch the night view from the Empire State Building
Day 3 Go to church to listen to gospel
Walk around the SoHo area
Go to a jazz bar
Day 4 Have breakfast near Central Park
Walk around Central Park
Walk around 5th Avenue
Day 5 Join the New Year's Eve countdown → Return home on a late-night flight
[Sightseeing tips]
・Most of the transportation is by subway! It's definitely more economical to buy a ticket that you can use for several days, like PASMO.
・New York is super crowded at the end of the year...Even if it was open on Google Maps, when you actually went there, it was often closed or fully booked, so it's a must to make reservations in advance for not only tourist spots but also restaurants for dinner.
・It's glamorous, but be careful of security! If you go down a different street, the atmosphere can suddenly become bad. Try to avoid places like that. Also, I made a sightseeing schedule so that I would not take the subway late at night.

[New York] 7 must-try gourmet spots!
#overseastrip
We are Hinadaifuku, a couple who enjoys luxurious travel at a bargain price.
7 recommended gourmet foods you must try in New York!
① Keans Steakhouse
② 99 Cent Fresh Pizza
③ Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream
④ Schmackary’s
⑤ Joe’s Pizza Broadway
⑥ Shake Shack
⑦ Harney & Sons SoHo
New York’s gourmet food is so delicious, it’s amazing!
In Japan, everything is consistently delicious, but New York is a shock, or rather, there were menus that were so delicious that I was like, “What is this…?”
I especially recommend the mutton steak at Keans Steakhouse and the ice cream pizza at Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream!
To be honest, the pizza is delicious no matter which restaurant you go to!
New York has a bad security situation, so you have to be careful, but the gourmet food is really delicious.
I want them to open stores in Japan, but I wonder if they’ll become too Japanese when they come to Japan.
Shake Shack is also available in Japan, but it tasted better in New York! 😆
Enjoy your trip while following the new rules and etiquette of travel☺️💓

A giant artwork you can climb😍A new attraction in New York🗽
📍𝐕𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐥🇺🇸The Vessel in Hudson Yards, New York, USA! ︎Even from the outside, it's a strange-shaped building, but it's even more strange when you actually climb it. It's truly a work of art. The building was designed by British designer Thomas Heatherwick. Admission to the Vessel itself is free, but you must make a reservation for a specific time slot to enter. The building is made up of 154 modules, with nearly 2,500 steps and 80 landings. The view from the top floor is amazing, but the handrails are low, so be careful if you're afraid of heights✨ #overseastrip #NewYork #NewYorktrip

[New Yorkers line up] A very popular long-established bagel shop 🥯
📍Russ&Daughters Russ & Daughters is a popular, long-established bagel shop in New York that has been in business for over 100 years🥯 There are several stores in New York, including in the Lower East Side and Brooklyn✨ Among them, this store in Hudson Yards is recommended as it is easy to stop by after sightseeing at Edge🫶🏽 I visited during lunch time on a weekday, so the store was crowded when I arrived! A popular store loved by New Yorkers🥹❤️ When you arrive at the store, first take a number ticket and wait for your turn👆🏽 Order when your number is called✨ It took me about 30 minutes from when I entered the store to be called🙌🏽 Looking into the showcase, there were a lot of delicious-looking fish such as smoked salmon, herring, and caviar‼ ︎There are so many different kinds of cream cheese alone that it's hard to choose🥹 In addition to bagels, they also sell soup, babka, cookies🍪, etc.🤍 I chose a sesame bagel with cream cheese and egg salad🥚🫶🏽→It's like a Japanese egg sandwich It's quite filling so it's good for two people to share😂🤍It was really delicious〜🤤🤤 #NewYorkTrip #NewYork #USTrip #Breakfast #Bagel

It's a famous photo spot even among local New Yorkers📸✨

📍United Nations Building, NY
This time I'll be introducing the United Nations Building in New York!
But did you know that you can actually enter the UN building?
This time I booked a tour of the UN building in advance and went inside!
The gun statue is tied up as a symbol of peace so that bullets won't come out.
I followed the guide's directions inside the UN! I was also able to enter the conference room that I often see on TV!
He gave me an explanation, and apparently there is a translation machine next to the chairs in that conference room!
The tour that can be booked on the official website is only in English, but you can only enter on a tour, so be sure to give it a try!

[New York, USA] A view spot with many ways to enjoy it 💡
SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is a unique observation spot in New York. The highlight of this spot is the 3-floor mirrored room, but the room filled with mirror-shaped balloons is also very popular. Everyone was having fun here, regardless of age. Although SUMMIT is focused on entertainment, it is also an observation deck, so you can see the New York cityscape and get a panoramic view of the East River from the top. It is also fun to take pictures of the city reflected on the walls of the building, or take wide-angle pictures of the interior and the city. There is also a toilet with a great sense of openness, so after playing, you can refresh yourself here before going home. Visited in July 2023. [New York, USA] A new style reflection observation deck 👀
The newest spot opening in the fall of 2021 💡
This is "SUMMIT One Vanderbilt" located on the 91st to 93rd floors of the building called One Vanderbilt!
There are mirrors everywhere, up and down, left and right 🪞
It's only three floors, but it's a world that seems to go on forever, and it's very exciting and I was simply overwhelmed 😲
What is real? What is a reflection?
You can't even tell 😆
You might think, "If I'm alone..." in a place like this, but everyone is enjoying themselves in their own way, so I was able to play as I pleased even though I was traveling alone◎
In addition, everyone must wear special covers on their shoes before entering to avoid damaging the floor. Also, as you can see, the light reflection is intense, so we recommend bringing sunglasses during the day😎
Also, avoid wearing miniskirts⚠️
Twilight time is a more fantastical world, and the evening is a particularly popular time, so make a reservation early once you have decided on the time you want🖐️
This time, I was lucky enough to use a Trip.com sale coupon, and I was able to enter for about half the usual price🎉
The summit can be purchased on various ticket reservation sites, so I think it's a good idea to check it out regularly✅
